Paila Prints Return & Exchange Policy
At Paila Prints, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-printed items tailored to your unique preferences. Since each product is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged during delivery.
Damaged Products:
If your item arrives damaged or cracked, we want to make things right! Please take a clear photo or video of the damage and send it to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will verify the issue, and if confirmed, we will gladly offer an exchange with a new product featuring the same custom design.
Please Note:
- We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on items that are not damaged, as they are custom-made specifically for you.
- Any claim for damaged products must be submitted with clear photographic or video proof.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at PAILAPRINT.LISBON@GMAIL.COM and send your item to our address
